Low key, no frills establishment. Simple seating and service. The food is good and lots of options to choose from. I came for brunch on a January weekend and had no issues finding seats. I ordered the Mac and cheese empanada which was good but I think there are better options available. My friend ordered chorizo ones and they tasted much more flavorful. I also got the strawberry banana smoothie which I highly recommend. Overall, great value for money.

Honestly the best vegan pancakes ever ... While spending some time in Jersey City I had the chance to visit Vegan Af several times, I ordered an array of items but nothing beats their pancakes. Soft, fluffy, and so delicious...

Low key vegan place. Huge variety of options and not expensive. Got the Chipotle sausage burrito and spicy chorizo empanada. Both tasted just like the real meat and flavorful. Strawberry smoothie was also fresh. Quick service. Must try for anyone in the area, even if you're not vegan!

Didn’t have a lot of expectations at first because I am generally not a fan of vegan food but this was really delicious. All the dish names are visible on the boxes. The burger and quesadilla was really yummy. The nachos, not so much. The paintings are something unique so they add an eccentric touch to the place.

This place was gooood! Its a challenge to find great cheese on a burger at times, but the burger at Vegan AF was poppin and filling to the point my friend and I shared! Definitely will be back to enjoy one of their signature drinks and another meal ;)

Service- they only offer take out but they were very helpful in explaining everything. Food - I've eaten other vegan food but for some reason everything seemed little dry. Taste was fine but I expected more for the price I was paying. I ordered soft and hard tacos (both tasted great). Classic burger was good too. Machos nachos were very dry I couldn't finish them. Burrito was good too. Overall food was good would try again!

I had the chikin Burrito with beans and tumeric Jasmine rice and my fiancée had the mac n cheese burger. Both were amazingly delicious. Their service was also exceptional, friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend them and we will be back again.

The just egg with vegan cheese and sausage on the Kaiser roll was delicious. The Mac and cheese was good. The pancakes were ok. Overall, I’m satisfied and I’m glad to have found Vegan AF. However, the prices posted on their menu are NOT the ones you will be charged. For instance, the roll rang up at $6.50 instead of $5.95 ($5+95¢ up charge for just egg). The Mac and cheese was $7 instead of $6 and the pancakes were $6 instead of $5. This change didn’t break my bank, and I understand that times are tough. However, it is dishonest to have one price posted and another at checkout. I hesitated, but I didn’t see the point in arguing about it at check out.
